Use your Forlongs account number from your Forlongs card and PIN number to login. As an existing Forlongs card holder there is no need for you to register or setup an online account.

- Please enter your account number and PIN to login (leave the zero off the beginning of your Forlongs Account Number).
- If you have not set up a secure PIN on your account, you will need to visit our office to set this up.
