Shop to Win Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Details: The Promotion begins at 9.00am Saturday 1st August 2026 and closes at 5.00pm Monday 31st August 2026 (Promotion Period).
  2. How to Enter: Shop instore at Forlongs or online at Forlongs.co.nz to be in the draw to win. Cash sales are in the draw to win too (your contact details must be provided at time of purchase to be entered).
    1. Weekly $80 Gift Card Prize Draw: Each purchase (invoice) made before each weekly draw is an entry into that week’s draw.
    2. Major Prize TV Draw: Each purchase (invoice) during the Promotion Period is one entry into the TV draw.
  3. Prize Details of this promotion:
    1. A weekly prize draw of an $80.00 Forlongs Gift Card. Four Gift cards will be given away during August 2026, 1 winner per week. Gift card terms and conditions apply (see https://forlongs.co.nz/services/forlongs-gift-cards/).
    2. One winner will receive the major prize of a TCL 85” QLED TV (Model: 85P7LS or a comparable model of equal or greater value if unavailable.)
  4. Winner Selection: The winner of all prizes will be by a random draw and will be notified via the contact details they have supplied (phone or email). The major prize draw will take place after the Promotion Period ends, and no later than 4th September 2026.

Winners need to come instore to Forlongs, Rawhiti St, Frankton with photo ID to claim their prize. 

The winner of the major TV prize agrees to participate in reasonable publicity, including that Forlongs may use their name, suburb, photograph and image for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The TV prize must be claimed by 15 Sept 2026 or Forlongs reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  1. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for any other items and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. If an invoice is cancelled or credited the entry into the prize draw becomes invalid. If a purchase is exchanged, the new invoice will be entered in the draw.   
  3. Forlongs reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value. We accept no responsibility if the Prizes become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Forlongs decision is final in relation to the selection of prize winner(s), any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, and/or the results of the Promotion.

Forlongs may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries), if Forlongs decides that an entrant has not complied with the terms and conditions, or if he or she has acted in a way that Forlongs reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the Promotion, the prize can be rescinded.  Should a winning entry be disqualified, Forlongs reserves the right to redraw the prize to award another winner without notice. 

  1. Forlongs reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or Prize and/or vary the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  2. Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Forlongs will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or anyone else as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the Promotion or its prizes.
  3. Personal information will be used only for administering this Promotion unless entrants have separately consented to receive marketing communications.   4. Entry into the prize draw and acceptance of prizes is deemed as acceptance by the customer of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Promoter is Forlongs Furnishings Limited, 6 Rawhiti St, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand. Partner store purchases do not qualify for this promotion. Employees of Forlongs and their immediate families cannot participate in this promotion.
